These companies, shout all over their websites that they give a percentage of every hire to charity. The reality is they do actually donate about 0.225%  of each hire to  Charity. That is a very cheap and misleading advertising ploy to encourage your business. It would be nice to see some pictures of these companies actually giving large cheques out!
